Alex Turner
Agency Owner & Licensed Insurance Agent
Licensed in NC, SC & FL
Alex Turner has been working in the insurance industry since 2011. He began his career in Florida, where he built and operated an independent agency serving clients across the state. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how to navigate the insurance market on behalf of clients — not on behalf of any single carrier.
In 2020, Alex and his family relocated to Western North Carolina. Recognizing the need for a truly independent agency in the region, the Turners expanded the Turner Insurance practice to serve clients throughout Western NC and Upstate SC, in addition to Florida. Today, Turner Insurance works with multiple top-rated carriers to find the right coverage for each client's individual situation.
Outside the office
Alex and Tawnee have three children — Chloe, Rylynn, and Tristan. Outside of work, Alex is involved in coaching youth baseball and is active in his church's youth ministry. The Turner family shares a love of the outdoors, including hunting and enjoying everything Western NC has to offer. That connection to the community is at the heart of how Turner Insurance operates.
