Workers' Compensation Insurance
Protect Your Employees and Your Business
What Is Workers' Compensation?
Workers' compensation insurance covers medical expenses and lost wages for employees who are injured or become ill as a result of their job. In North Carolina and South Carolina, most businesses with three or more employees are required by law to carry workers' comp coverage. Beyond compliance, it protects your business from costly lawsuits and helps you take care of the people who make your business run.
